Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Gurgaon. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and making reservations. The role includes daily tasks such as assisting customers with their travel plans, handling bookings, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the entire process. Qualifications Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements Strong Customer Service skills Experience with Reservations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
