Airline Ticketing Process/ Ground Staff

As a Flight Attendant, your role involves welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats. You will be responsible for providing information on safety procedures, checking all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off. Throughout the flight, you will make announcements on behalf of the pilot, answer passengers" questions, serve meals and refreshments, sell duty-free goods, and advise passengers on any allowance restrictions at their destination. During the flight, you will also be tasked with reassuring passengers and ensuring they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations. Additionally, you will be providing first aid facilities, ticketing services, and maintenance technical help as required. Qualifications required for this position include a minimum of 12th grade education or any under-graduate/graduate degree (freshers are welcome). Strong verbal communication skills and an excellent personality are essential for this role.
