Airline Ticketing Process/ Ground Staff Cabin Crew

As a Flight Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats. You will also be required to provide information about safety procedures to passengers and ensure that all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off. During the flight, you will be responsible for making announcements on behalf of the pilot, answering passengers" questions, serving meals and refreshments, selling duty-free goods, and advising passengers on any allowance restrictions at their destination. It will be essential to reassure passengers and ensure that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations. Additionally, you will need to provide first aid facilities, assist with ticketing, and offer maintenance technical help when needed. Strong verbal communication skills and an excellent personality are key attributes for this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum qualification of 12th grade or any undergraduate/graduate degree. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
