As we scale our direct-to-consumer business through WooCommerce, we’re looking for a data-driven, execution-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid growth strategy and help drive product launches. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean environment, owns their metrics, and can take a product from 0 to scale using high-performance paid strategies. What You’ll Do Paid Media Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Manage full-funnel ad structures including prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing Continuously test creatives, messaging, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS Localize campaigns and targeting for UK, France, and Germany Product Launch Support Collaborate with the team on new product launches, contributing audience insights and channel strategy Provide input on ad creative direction and messaging, based on customer pain points and campaign data Brief content creators and designers when needed for performance-focused creative Analytics & Optimization Track, analyze, and report on key metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rate Recommend and implement funnel improvements based on performance insights Collaborate with CRO and UX freelancers to test and improve landing pages Retention & Email (Basic) Manage or support basic Klaviyo flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, promos) Coordinate with internal or external teams for SMS/email campaign execution What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience in performance marketing for e-commerce Proven results scaling Google Ads, Meta, and/or TikTok campaigns profitably Strong grasp of conversion funnels, customer acquisition costs, and attribution Hands-on experience with WooCommerce or Shopify Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email tools Comfortable collaborating with creatives, content teams, and CRO specialists Nice to Have Experience marketing across multiple markets/languages (UK, France, Germany) Experience working with or briefing UGC creators, influencers, or freelancers Familiarity with GA4, landing page builders, or CRO tools Basic understanding of SEO or organic growth is a bonus Why Join Us Work with a lean, focused, and fast-moving team Play a key role in transforming our DTC channel into a major revenue stream Full ownership of your results — no bureaucracy, just impact Opportunities to grow as the team scales Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have running paid ads for e-commerce brands (Google, Meta, or TikTok)?
