Paid Growth & Performance Tracking Launch paid campaigns on Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, Telegram Use tools like Dune, Nansen, Twitter Insights to optimize performance Collaborate with Web3 DAOs and influencers for strategic growth What You Bring Crypto-native mindset: Deeply active in CT, alpha groups, DAO forums Proven content virality skillsthreads, memes, and hooks that land Community-first approach to building and sustaining decentralized networks Hands-on with X, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Farcaster, Lens Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma for rapid content creation Knowledge of Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, crypto-specific platforms (e.g., CoinZilla, AdEx) Preferred Experience Managed social channels for crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT projects, or L2s Understanding of on-chain metrics, wallets, gas fees, trading behavior Experience with Dune Analytics, Nansen, Messari Active network of KOLs, Web3 creators, meme pages, DAO members
