Role We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who will work with the marketing team to support our digital initiatives worldwide. The role is hands-on, focusing on social media and email campaign creation, design, and execution, website management using WordPress, content SEO and publishing, and performance tracking. Responsibilities Support creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, emailers, paid campaigns). Update and maintain the Aircom WordPress website. Assist with blog formatting, landing page creation, and lead-generation forms. Create campaign creatives in Canva (social media posts, banners, infographics, email headers). Produce short-form videos for campaigns (product explainers, event teasers, customer testimonials, launch promos) using tools such as Canva, InVideo, FLOW, or similar. Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare simple reports for the team. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Research and share best practices in digital marketing and SEO to support team growth. Create PowerPoint personations capturing the value proposition, product stories. Liaison with Sales and Pre-Sales teams for Go to market campaigns, collateral creation. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign support roles. Proficiency in WordPress and basic knowledge of SEO. Proficiency in Canva, including its video creation features, for campaign creatives and short-form videos. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Emailer marketing platforms, etc. Familiarity with AI-powered video creation/editing tools (e.g., InVideo AI, Flow, CapCut, or similar). Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with good communication skills. Education Graduate degree with good English proficiency (written and spoken). Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing and Design (preferred). Why Join Us?
