Collaborate with the tours and operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in travel and tourism is a plus. IATA certification in air reservation, ticketing & reporting Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
