Role & responsibilities Coordinate with airlines for booking freight and obtaining freight details for shipments. Coordinate with the custom brokerage team and transport team to ensure the smooth movement of shipments, resolving day-to-day issues promptly. Proactively address and resolve issues with clients, airlines, overseas branches via mail and phone communication. Arrange for new vendors for services such as palletizing as per company compliance. Handling of both free-hand and nomination shipments. Follow up with the accounts team to resolve accounting issues with airlines, prepare cost sheets for billing purposes, update data in the relevant system. Procure and utilize optimal airline capacity. Take charge of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the warehouse and gateway. Manage end-to-end shipment processes from pick-up to delivery, ensuring accurate file execution, timely invoicing, and dispatch as per SOP. Follow CW1 Best Practices, including milestone updating and effective utilization of CW1 tools. Preferred candidate profile Should be from Freight Forwarding industry with working knowledge of CW1/Cargowise
