Job Type: Full-time, On-site with frequent travel We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist with 5–6 years of proven experience in industrial valves, pipes, and pumps ., with proven ability to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, delivering training sessions, and coordinating with clients to ensure satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, managing sales pipelines, providing customer service, and preparing sales reports. This is a travel-intensive role – candidates must be willing to visit construction sites, consultant offices, and client locations regularly for meetings, product presentations, and generating sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies for valves . Identify and engage potential clients in the construction, HVAC, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and decision-makers. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations to generate sales. Deliver training sessions and technical support to clients. Manage sales pipelines and prepare accurate reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Qualifications Sales and Sales Management skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Training and Sales strategy development Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the HVAC or industrial systems field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
