Role & responsibilities : * Responding to customer service requests, Heavy machinery equipment problems and providing timely and effective solutions. * Documenting service activities, including service reports, repair logs and customer communication, to maintain accurate records and ensure traceability. * Travel to customer sites to perform site assessment as well as install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Profound products * When required, enter parts orders, generate and follow-up parts quotes * Responsible for creating documentation and electronic reference material to support the field service of products. Specifically, installation and troubleshooting manuals. * Maintain field service records as support is provided and upgrades are deployed * Handling Customer , Business Growth idea , communication skill, Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 3 years experience heavy mining Machinery and repairing mechanical maintance, troubleshooting Heavy equipment Good Knowledge Evacuators, Wheel Loader, Loader, Baker Good Skill, Presentable Knowledge, Hardworking
