It also deals in bulk hydrogren and provides packaging soltuions - corrugated boxes, trauys, partitions and sheets. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive specializing in specialty and rare gases at Aims Industries Private Limited, located in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, identifying customer needs, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The candidate will be expected to build and maintain a customer base, conduct market research, and keep up-to-date with industry trends. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and manage online sales including GEM. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Negotiation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of specialty and rare gases industry is a plus Proficiency in market research and data analysis Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
