Key Responsibilities

• Asset Implementation for Refinery units as per Client requirement based on the Project Schedule.
• Implement the Process Calculations in the Asset Hierarchy in the Refinery units.
• Create Flow Meters compensation for Unit Material Balance.
• Identify the problem and troubleshoot the issue in the AVEVA PI Asset Framework.
• Create a tool/chart for Monthly Unit Performance Monitoring Team.

Work Experience

Relevant Experience Required:

• Experience with refining technology/Technical Service/ refining Manufacturing/ Petrochemical region also preferred.
• Experience with Digital tool development companies like AVEVA / customer company also preferred
  

Mandatory Skills

• Good understanding refining unit operations and process calculations, including heat exchanger principles, distillation principles, fluid flow principles, and reaction principles.
• Working experience with PI Asset Framework and Palantir products is a plus.
• Must have good technical communication skills. This includes ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with unit engineers and squad members to understand their issues and problems and communicate solutions.
  

Good To Have Skills

• It must be very comfortable with complex Excel spreadsheets functions.
• Familiar with Process Simulation Tools like PertoSIM, HTRI etc.
• Familiarity with ADO Board/Agile work is a plus
