The AI/ML Manager position at Blue Data Consulting & IT Services Pvt Ltd involves leading artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. As the AI/ML Manager, your primary responsibility will be to guide the AI/ML team in developing and maintaining advanced machine learning models and algorithms. It is essential to ensure the scalability, efficiency, and performance of AI/ML models in production environments. Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to align with business goals is also a part of your responsibilities. Evaluating and selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance AI/ML capabilities will be a key aspect of your role. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. You should have at least 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or managerial role. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and programming languages like Python, R, and SQL is necessary. Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation is expected. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud for AI/ML deployment is preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills are essential, along with project management and team leadership abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also vital for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques, knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring, and managing AI/ML projects in Agile environments. The working hours for this role are from 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with an onsite work mode at the International Finance Centre, VIP Road, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat- 395007.
