AI/ML Solution Architect (GenAI Specialist)

Role Overview: As an AI/ML Solution Architect specializing in Generative AI (GenAI), you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying advanced AI solutions. Whether you are involved in the fast-paced innovation of a startup or scaling up GenAI systems for corporate clients, your expertise will be essential in enabling value-driven, secure, and scalable AI deployments. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales teams to comprehend customer requirements and offer expert guidance on ML/Generative AI solutions for a variety of use cases such as content generation, document automation, chatbots, virtual assistants, summarization, search, and personalization. - Evaluate and integrate open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon), commercial APIs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini), and cloud-native GenAI platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI). - Design and present compelling Solution and SoW, and demonstrations of Generative AI offerings to technical and non-technical audiences. - Develop strategies for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, vector database integrations, and model fine-tuning as needed. - Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists. - Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate solution feasibility and performance. - Provide technical mentorship, best practices, and governance guidance to teams and clients. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Masters/Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field such as BCA, MCA, B.Tech/B.E, M.Tech/ME. - 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development/solutioning, with at least 1-2 years focused on Generative AI/NLP applications. - Proficiency in transformers, LLMs, embeddings, and NLP techniques. - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, and cloud AI tools like SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI. - Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate. - Knowledge of MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines. - Proficient in Python, with understanding of APIs, Docker, CI/CD, and RESTful services. - Experience in developing solutions in agile startup environments and structured enterprise settings.
