NCSi is seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and programming, with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy machine learning models to analyze large datasets and improve decision-making processes. - Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows. - Conduct experiments to validate and tune models, ensuring their accuracy and efficiency. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models in production and iterate as needed. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R. - Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries. - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling. - Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
