AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview: You will be part of RocketFrog.ai, an AI Studio for Business specializing in Agentic AI, Deep Learning, and AI-driven product development across various sectors. As a high-potential fresher from the 2025 batch, you will collaborate with senior engineers to contribute to production-quality AI workflows, focusing on modern LLM frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about ML, LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Build PoCs and hands-on projects using LangChain and LangGraph - Implement RAG workflows, including embeddings, retrieval logic, and vector search - Write well-structured prompts using best practices in Prompt Engineering - Evaluate models using metrics such as Confusion Matrix, Precision, Recall, F1-score, etc. - Support development of ML utilities (preprocessing, evaluation scripts, data prep) - Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI components into broader solutions - Document experiments, approaches, and results clearly - Communicate findings and ideas effectively in English.
