Looking for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the ANRF-funded extramural project to understand the role of new erythroid regulators (ERFE, FGL1) in children with thalassemia for a duration of 3 years. The recruitment will be for the first year and is extendible depending on satisfactory annual assessment of performance and work progress. Responsibilities Working experience in Molecular techniques (such as ELISA, RT-PCR, Western blotting, Flow cytometry), including the patient’s blood sample handling/collection. Qualifications MSc degree (Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Immunology, Biotechnology, Molecular Genomics, Bioinformatics etc.) Additional qualifications/merits like ICMR-JRF, DST- Inspire, CSIR-UGC NET, DBT-BET, or equivalent national-level eligibility test will be appreciated.
