Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support & BPO Executive to act as the primary communication link between doctors, patients, and internal teams. The role includes handling inbound/outbound calls, managing patient queries, aligning meetings with doctors, and maintaining accurate sales and support data. You will ensure all customer and patient interactions are handled with empathy, clarity, and efficiency — upholding Aignosis’s standard of care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer & Doctor Communication Handle inbound and outbound calls with doctors, patients, and clinic staff. Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and meeting alignments with doctors and patients. Clearly explain the Aignosis screening test, its process, and follow-up steps to parents or caregivers. Maintain courteous and solution-oriented communication across all touchpoints. Record and escalate technical or clinical concerns to respective departments. 2. Customer Care & Query Resolution Serve as the first point of contact for all customer and patient queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Resolve inquiries related to test procedures, appointments, results, or technical issues efficiently. Provide emotional and informative support to parents seeking guidance about developmental screening. Track unresolved cases, follow up until closure, and maintain detailed communication logs. Ensure quick turnaround times and high customer satisfaction through empathetic listening and prompt action. 3. Sales Support & Lead Management Manage and update the doctor and patient database, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead conversions. Conduct cold calls to potential clinics and pediatricians to introduce Aignosis’s services. Support the Sales Team in scheduling demonstrations and maintaining engagement lists. Collaborate with marketing to support outreach campaigns and awareness drives. 4. Patient Management & Operations Support Guide patients and parents through the entire screening and feedback process. Coordinate with field teams for installation, test scheduling, and feedback collection. Assist in planning and executing CMEs, workshops, and awareness programs. Maintain accurate daily records of doctor interactions, patient queries, and call performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in customer support, BPO, tele-calling, or healthcare service management. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to manage sensitive patient conversations. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing CRM tools and data sheets. Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism.
