www.aigeniss.com | www.majeestech.com HEAD OF SALES | SALES DIRECTOR ELV, FIRE, SECURITY, ICT, & TELECOM Position: Head of Sales | Sales Director Reporting To: DIRECTOR/MD Location: Bengaluru, India This position primarily Heading PAN INDIA Sales Department to promote our solutions across all Key accounts within Bengaluru and PAN India. All teams across all regions report to this position. Promoting all products and systems offered by AIGENISS and mapping all key accounts successfully. Products and Systems includes Smart Security Surveillance, Advanced VMS & Storage, Automated Access Control, Innovative Visitor & Time Management, AI Tools & IVA, PSIM, PIDS, Gates and HVM, Control Rooms, Structured cabling, and Networking etc. Added advantage on selling Industrial Telecom experience for large O&G and Industrial projects. Sales Dept - Sales & Marketing Activities: Sales activities in all aspects, Identify and generate RFPs from key accounts, Sales Presentations and Negotiations. Also getting key accounts to do prelim presentations and convert for Mockup/POC/Demo and succeed with the sales conversions. Lead all Exhibitions and Marketing campaigns for branding AIGENISS solutions as required. Job Responsibilities & Duties 1.Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through to deal close, and ongoing account management. 2.Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of Key Accounts and Global clients to ensure they do not turn to competition and proposing the most optimized and best solutions that meet their objectives and changing needs. 3.Identify and address any concerns of the assigned key clients as Performance Assurance Manager for any ongoing/past/future projects. 4.Identify latest and most fit solutions to the key accounts and engage OEMs and clients for successful solution offerings. 5.To sustain a solid relationship with key account stakeholders, and to trust our offerings and commitments. 6.Manage project sales cycle from design to award. 7.Building a strong relationship and understanding of customers' needs is the key to building a long-lasting relationship. 8.Develop the vendor base and get the best agreement for projects and have good relationships with manufacturers and ensure partner levels. 9.Proactively deliver our strategy for revenue and margin growth in the Security and ELV Systems, ICT, and Telecom Systems' offerings across Pan INDIA clients within all verticals, especially Corporate, Commercial, Government, Oil & Gas, Industrial and Utilities, CNI Projects, Government, Hospitality and Education Industry. 10. Deliver sales revenues from new customers. This will include creating, maintaining, and executing strategic account and opportunity plans to ensure structured development and an organized approach. 11. Meet and exceed agreed monthly and annual margin and order intake targets. 12. Work with the internal teams to develop robust client solutions and managed services propositions. Key Performance Indicators [KPI] Monthly/Quarterly Sales Growth New Leads generation and monitoring Pipeline value Lead conversion rate Calls and meetings per Salesperson Monthly Demos/PPT arranged by Sales team with Clients. Sales Volume by Vertical ¢ Sales Targets ¢ Competitive Intelligence ¢ Existing and New Client Engagement ¢ Average Profit Margin. ¢ Accuracy of monthly forecast commitment. K.P.I s T%KPI- Annual Appraisal Evaluation Criteria Target % 2022 K.P.I s age Quantitative(75%) Meeting or Exceeding self targets both in Turnover and Gross Margins. Vendor Registrations with assigned or newly generated Key Accounts/Clients 60% 5% Proper Client Mapping and relationship(Key Account Management). Quantifying with a complete list of an organization chart with contact details key influencers of key accounts Certifications: Product Certifications related to slaes/Pre sales 5% 5% Qualitative(25%) To have better payment, delivery, other terms favoring AIGENISS and aiding Timely Payment Collections 10% To play an active role in the Marketing activities carried out by the company (Exhibitions, Trade Shows, Presentations, etc.) 5% 5% 5% To provide clear Scope matrix, duly agreed by the client and in line with Project costing. To work as Assurance Manager with Project Operations team most efficiently to bridge any gaps between client and AIGENISS Sales Target: 6CR/Year Candidate Profile Qualification BE Graduate with MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage [EIE/ECE/EEE/IT] Experience 20+ Years of similar work experience in managing Field Sales of key accounts for ELV, ICT and Telecom Systems with reputed System Integrators in this field for Bengaluru region and PAN India. Candidates who handled MNC clients for entire cycle of sales, for large integrated security projects are preferred. Salary and Benefits CTC 18 L INR/Annum as Fixed and variables for Attractive Sales Target Incentives[ >5L per annum] Salary is not a constraint for right candidates.
