Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mold Design Engineer located in Plant near Ahmedabad. The Mold Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing molds, working with mechanical and electrical engineering principles, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other engineers on product design projects, ensuring the accuracy and quality of designs, and supporting the production process to ensure efficient manufacturing. Qualifications Design Engineering and Product Design Experience in Rubber Compression Moulding for Large Rubber Parts i.e. Rubber Liners, Tyre Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software Solid Works Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Diploma in Tool & Die Design Experience in the Rubber industry is a plus
