Role Overview: Recruitment Specialist will be a strategic partner responsible for driving IT recruitment initiatives and acting as an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals. This role is divided into a 80:20 focus, emphasizing Talent Acquisition and HRBP responsibilities respectively. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (80%) Develop and execute strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent, including professionals in blockchain, AI, and other niche technologies. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build an effective recruitment pipeline. Leverage technology and tools to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, partnerships, and employer branding. Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to measure hiring effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. HR Business Partnering (20%) Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational development. Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms. Identify training and development needs and work with L&D to implement relevant programs. Manage HR operations, including compliance, policy adherence, and HR analytics. Resolve employee grievances and ensure a harmonious work environment. Qualifications & Experience Desired Education, Experience & Competencies: MBA/PGDM in HR with 6+ year experience in IT recruitment and HRBP roles, with a strong focus on hiring for niche technology skills. Proven experience in managing recruitment at scale and aligning HR strategies to business goals. Hands-on knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR analytics. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with high-volume recruitment experience in greenfield and brownfield projects. Strong sourcing and screening expertise with a demonstrated ability to identify the right talent. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of urgency and flexibility. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a results-driven mindset. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of IT and leading technologies is an added advantage. Prior experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
