We are a UK-based AI Search Optimization agency focused on modern SEO: AI Search Engine Optimization, AI SEO, GEO, AEO and LLMO We are hiring an AI Search Optimization Specialist who understands SEO deeply and is ready to transition into the next era of search where Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews dominate the visibility landscape. You will work directly with the founder and follow a structured training program based on our AI Search Playbooks and proprietary internal workflows. Responsibilities: Develop and execute AI-driven SEO strategies to improve visibility across both traditional and AI search engines. Build and maintain topic clusters, pillar pages, topical maps, and silo structures . Conduct keyword clustering , intent mapping, and entity research. Analyse SERPs, AI search results, and content gaps to drive recommendations. Optimise on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, headings, schema suggestions. Apply technical SEO improvements: crawlability, indexation, CWV troubleshooting. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) for research, audits, content workflows. Monitor performance via GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog . Apply structured data and schema markup (training provided). Stay aligned with emerging AI search trends. Collaborate during UK/US hours when required. Implement AI SEO for our clients to help their brand get recommended in answers to search queries within AI search platforms (Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc).
