AI Prompt Specialist - Visual Content

As an AI Prompt Specialist at our company, your role will involve pioneering the integration of artificial intelligence in our creative production workflows. By collaborating with our Creative Directors and Artists, you will translate briefs into AI-assisted visual assets for TVCs and brand campaigns. Your responsibilities will include developing AI-generated visual content aligned with brand guidelines, experimenting with AI tools for rapid prototypes, building and maintaining a structured prompt library, and streamlining creative workflows through the integration of AI tools. You will also stay updated on emerging AI technologies in animation, VFX, and content creation, proposing pilot implementations to enhance the quality, accuracy, and creativity of AI-generated outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Creative Directors and Artists to translate briefs into AI-assisted visual assets. - Develop AI-generated visual content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign narratives. - Experiment with text-to-video and image-to-video AI tools for rapid prototypes. - Build and maintain a structured prompt library categorized by project type, visual style, and output quality. - Streamline creative workflows by integrating AI tools into production pipelines. - Stay updated on emerging AI technologies in animation, VFX, and content creation. Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience in advertising, animation studios, production houses, or creative agencies preferred. - Freshers with a graduation degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Film Studies, or related fields are encouraged to apply. - Hands-on proficiency with AI content generation tools. - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and creative production. - Willingness to learn and grow with emerging technologies. - Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and maintain consistency across outputs. - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams. - Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted creative work or strong creative foundation.
