AI Project Coordinator

A dynamic role which combines Project Coordination and Prompt Engineering to build and enhance our Fintech product line.

Note : This is NOT a software development role. We are looking for highly articulate candidates with good command over English and exceptional problem solving skills. The right candidate should have a go-getter attitude and willing to learn and pickup domain/technology skills on the job.

Responsibilities :

1. Understand business use cases and helps technical team build and modify LLM prompts

2. Use AI tools to build testable flows (no coding)

3. Coordinate cross-functional AI projects — align product, domain experts and development team

4. Track tasks, deadlines and bugs across multiple products/projects

5. Work with founding team on day-to-day operational actionable items

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

1. Have 3–6 years of experience in content, business ops, KPO/BPO, edtech, L&D, or consulting

2. Are articulate, structured, and love simplifying complexity

3. Have basic awareness of mutual funds, stock markets, or financial advisory workflows

4. Are curious about AI, LLMs, no-code tools, and how they apply to real business problems

5. Are highly self-driven, take ownership, and move fast without waiting for instructions

1. Hardcore engineers looking for traditional software dev roles

2. Anyone expecting large-team structure, handholding, or rigid job definitions

3. Those uncomfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, or rapid switching between roles

4. People who want 100% remote role – we expect hybrid (in Noida office 2/3 days/week minimum)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
