Supervise Fabrication Paint Shop and Assembly shop operations, including manpower handling and paint shop processes. Implement 5S system principles to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Coordinate with production engineering team to resolve issues related to metal fabrication and product development. Ensure compliance with safety protocols in all areas of operation.
