Role Overview: As an AI + .Net Development Team Lead at FNZ, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior developers in the Analyst Developer job family and transitioning into more senior roles. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing user stories, developing high-transactional systems, ensuring quality through code management, and collaborating with the team to deliver innovative solutions for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the analyst tester to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria, ensuring cohesive and logical construction for smooth implementation and testing. - Define underlying design required for delivering changes within the constraints of the feature/user story, ensuring the solution meets requirements end-to-end. - Provide solutions for technical issues, design APIs and external system interfaces for integration into core FNZ products and third-party applications. - Interpret complex financial business requirements and translate them into working systems, advise on user interface design and interactive financial tools. - Collaborate with developers to ensure robust solutions aligned with requirements, design reusable code, and build high complexity features. - Adhere to coding standards, write automated unit tests, perform manual testing, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality and best practices. - Promote development team internally and externally, share knowledge, mentor new starters, and provide training on personal expertise. - Stay updated with industry practices, evaluate new technologies, provide recommendations, and resolve technical issues impeding development progress. Qualification Required: - First class bachelors degree or higher with experience in large-scale technology delivery projects. - Confident, able to take a lead role, work independently, learn quickly, and enjoy working in a high-performance team. - Expertise in Microsoft .NET development products (including .NET, C#, SQL Server), web development (ASP.NET, JavaScript, ReactJS), and familiarity with financial products and markets. - Experience with AI/ML (Semantic Kernel, Gen AI, MCP, LangGraph, Agentic AI), web services, and code analysis or automated testing tools.
