As a candidate for this position, you will be working in a team responsible for enhancing Performance Optimization tools of state-of-the-art machine learning solutions on the Snapdragon platform. Your role will involve working on technical initiatives to continuously benchmark the AI optimization workflow for Windows on Snapdragon, driving improvements into the software stack, and collaborating with various teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand ML model design trends and workflow through engagements with application developers and academic research - Continuously measure KPIs for AI development tools on Windows on Snapdragon - Conduct competitive benchmarking of tools and workflow on competitive platforms - Enhance AI performance debug, analysis, and optimization tools for AI application development on Windows on Snapdragon - Interface with 3rd party developers and cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class tools and documentation - Contribute new features and designs to the Qualcomm AI toolkit **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years of experience in AI application development - Experience in building LLM applications using AI/ML tools/workflow on Windows platforms - Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages - Experience with performance optimization of AI on GPU, NPU, CPU would be advantageous - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to learn, think, and adapt in a fast-changing environment If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.,
