As a Software Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be part of the team responsible for enhancing Performance Optimization tools for cutting-edge machine learning solutions on the Snapdragon platform. Your role will involve working on technical initiatives to benchmark AI optimization workflows, improve the software stack, and collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal performance for Windows application developers on Snapdragon. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand ML model design trends and workflows through engagements with application developers and academic research - Measure KPIs for AI development tools on Windows on Snapdragon, focusing on automation, ease of use, and performance metrics - Conduct competitive benchmarking of tools and workflows on different platforms using state-of-the-art models - Enhance AI performance debugging, analysis, and optimization tools for Windows application development on Snapdragon - Collaborate with 3rd party developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance tools and documentation - Contribute new features and designs to the Qualcomm AI toolkit to enhance the workflow experience for application developers **Qualifications:** - 4-7 years of experience in AI application development - Experience in building AI applications using ML tools on Windows platforms - Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages - Experience in performance optimization of AI on GPU, NPU, CPU is advantageous - Strong communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment At Qualcomm, we are committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants.
