AI / ML Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer with 13 years of experience to join a fast-growing product-based team in Chandigarh. You will be part of a talented group working on building AI-powered solutions, predictive models, and intelligent automation tools for real-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities:Design and implement machine learning models and algorithmsWork with data teams to preprocess and clean datasetsTrain, evaluate, and fine-tune models for classification, regression, and clustering problemsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into productionConduct research on state-of-the-art AI/ML trends and apply best practicesDocument model performance, experiments, and key metrics

Required Skills:1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model developmentProficient in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and ML conceptsExperience with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.Good understanding of model evaluation, overfitting/underfitting, cross-validationStrong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have:Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep LearningExposure to MLOps or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Familiarity with Flask or FastAPI for deploying ML modelsVersion control tools like Git
