Project Role : AI / ML Engineer Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing. Must have skills : Machine Learning Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead our AI initiative, taking ownership of solution design, development, and deployment in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will either be a seasoned platform management expert with proven OpenAI/Generative AI skills or a well-rounded OpenAI solutions engineer with foundational platform knowledge.This is a high-impact role that involves strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on solution implementation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of AI-based solutions using OpenAI technologies across QRG platforms.Collaborate with platform teams to assess integration points and embed AI capabilities effectively.Own the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle from problem identification, prototyping, and development to deployment and support.Act as a subject matter expert in AI/ML technologies, guiding stakeholders on best practices and potential applications.Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and tools to recommend enhancements or improvements.Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and scalable AI services tailored to QRGs business needs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including platform engineering, security, DevOps, and business stakeholders.Prepare documentation, solution design specs, and reports for leadership and technical teams.Ideal Candidate Profile:We are open to candidates with either of the following backgrounds:AI Solutions Engineer with Platform Exposure5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with deep hands-on exposure to OpenAI and other generative AI models.Foundational knowledge of platform engineering, CI/CD, and infrastructure concepts.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platform environments with guidance.Strong Python or Node.js development skills; familiarity with APIs, microservices, and automation pipelines.
