Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The AI/LLM Specialist will focus on developing, fine-tuning, and embedding large language models into GCP-based data processing and automation pipelines. This role ensures accuracy, scalability, and cost efficiency of AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

Train, fine-tune, and optimize
LLMs for automation, mapping, and anomaly detection
.
Design
prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG strategies
on GCP.
Collaborate with engineers to embed LLMs into automation pipelines.
Define evaluation frameworks for LLM accuracy and efficiency.
Research emerging LLMs and frameworks for continuous innovation.
Balance cost-performance tradeoffs for
Vertex AI deployments

Technical Skills

Deep expertise in
LLMs (Vertex AI models, Hugging Face, open-source LLMs)
.
Proficiency in
Python, LangChain, Transformers, Vector DBs (Vertex Matching Engine, Pinecone, FAISS)
.
Knowledge of
Vertex AI pipelines, MLflow, and Cloud AI services
.
Strong understanding of
RAG pipelines, embeddings, and semantic search
.
Familiarity with
fine-tuning, LoRA, and RLHF techniques on GCP
.
