AI Lead

As an AI Lead at Linnk Group, your role will involve designing and deploying LLM-powered GenAI solutions and RAG pipelines. You will be responsible for leading the full AI lifecycle from data to deployment, as well as building scalable, production-grade ML/LLM systems using Docker/Kubernetes. Your duties will also include implementing CI/CD, MLOps, and observability workflows, and collaborating across teams to deliver real-world AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design & deploy LLM-powered GenAI solutions and RAG pipelines - Lead full AI lifecycle from data to deployment - Build scalable, production-grade ML/LLM systems (Docker/Kubernetes) - Implement CI/CD, MLOps, and observability workflows - Collaborate across teams to deliver real-world AI solutions Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML/DL (with 2+ years in GenAI & LLMs) - Strong proficiency in Python/C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face - Hands-on experience with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Expertise in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, and Terraform About Linnk Group: Linnk Group is a global STEM recruitment and technology consultancy with a presence in the UAE, KSA, Qatar, India, and the UK.
