Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an AI Innovation Lead. The AI Innovation Lead will oversee the development and integration of AI-driven educational tools and platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing AI projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research on emerging AI technologies, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience. The role also involves designing creative AI modules to ensure student engagement, training team members, and exploring partnerships to integrate advanced AI capabilities into the curriculum.

Qualifications

1. LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and retrieval architectures.
2. Knowledge graphs or curriculum mapping using semantic ontologies.
3. GenAI tools for avatars: Speech synthesis (e.g., ElevenLabs), lip-sync (SadTalker, Wav2Lip), 3D animation.
4. Cloud & MLOps: GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
5. Integration via APIs, microservices, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS)
6. Expertise in AI technologies, Machine Learning, and Data Science
7. Experience in Educational Technology, Curriculum Design, and AI-based learning solution
8. Strong Research and Strategic Thinking skills
9. Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills
10. Proficiency in innovation methodologies to create transformative educational modules
11. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Education Technology, or a related field
12. Prior experience in the education sector or a passion for fostering holistic learning is a plus
