A4I evolves Microsoft innovations into open-source Digital Public Goods (DPGs) that are deployable at scale, fostering a strong AI innovation ecosystem for social impact. What you'll do We seek a dynamic Digital Marketing and Content Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, drive audience engagement, and amplify the impact of our AI-driven social innovation initiatives. This role demands expertise in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, maintaining and optimizing web presence, and creating compelling content that showcases our work in AI for social good. You will coordinate with partner organizations and internal teams to source and develop content, manage our social media channels, and build brand visibility within the AI and social impact ecosystem. Must-have skills Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and display advertising Strong graphic design, multimedia content creation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging narratives for diverse audiences Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS), with basic knowledge of HTML and web design principles Proficiency with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, partners, and vendors to develop and curate content Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and storytelling. Preferred Add-on skills : Experience in technology/AI sector marketing; familiarity with nonprofit or social impact communications; knowledge of marketing automation platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, or related field 3 to 4 years in digital marketing, content management, or similar roles with demonstrated success in driving digital engagement Portfolio showcasing content creation, campaign management, and digital marketing initiatives Preferred qualifications An MBA in Digital Marketing Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments with nonprofit, academic, or technology organizations Understanding of AI, technology innovation, or social impact sectors for effective audience communication.
