AI Implementation Engineer - Python

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable Python services for AI-powered retrieval and generation workflows. - Build and optimize vector-based retrieval pipelines using tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate. - Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. - Collaborate on system architecture, API design, and data flow to support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. - Monitor, test, and enhance the performance and accuracy of AI features in production. - Work with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions quickly and responsibly. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Python development, focusing on backend or data-intensive systems. - Proficiency in information retrieval concepts and tools such as Elasticsearch and vector search engines. - Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) integration and orchestration tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. - Working knowledge of RESTful API development, microservices, and containerization using Docker. - Strong software engineering practices including Git, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
