AI Full stack engineers

As a full stack engineer with a passion for applied AI and cross-functional collaboration, you will have the opportunity to work closely with engineering leadership and the AI team to prototype, build, and scale the next generation of AI-native enterprise agents. This immersive role will allow you to deepen your expertise in large language model applications, AI-native system design, and human-AI interaction. You will gain hands-on exposure to the latest model capabilities, contribute to internal experimentation, and help translate cutting-edge AI ideas into real-world enterprise tools. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and iterating on full stack systems that power enterprise AI agents from concept to deployment. You will research and evaluate new approaches to agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model alignment. Building and optimizing data ingestion pipelines, as well as developing interfaces that simplify complex enterprise workflows for non-technical users, will be key aspects of your role. Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and usability for enterprise users will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will share learnings, document findings, and contribute to the evolution of best practices. Participation in peer reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical deep dives with the global team will be encouraged. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role, preferably in enterprise or AI environments. A strong foundation in TypeScript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS for building frontend and API-first experiences is essential. Solid Python skills for AI backend development, data processing, and integration with AI systems are also required. Experience in building data ingestion pipelines and working with enterprise data sources, as well as the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a history of rapid learning and iteration, will be beneficial. An interest in research, rapid prototyping, staying updated on new AI advancements, and contributing to knowledge-sharing within the team is highly valued. Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI infrastructure, as well as familiarity with enterprise service management platforms or workflow automation, will be advantageous for this role.,
