AI-First Coding Evangelist

As an AI-First Coding Evangelist, you will be at the forefront of promoting AI-powered coding practices to developer communities, enterprise clients, and internal teams. Your role will involve showcasing how next-gen developer workflows can revolutionize software development using platforms, frameworks, and tools. You will act as both a technical expert and a storyteller, guiding others to build smarter, faster, and modular AI-driven software. Key Responsibilities: - Champion AI-Led Development by advocating the use of agentic and AI-assisted coding models such as Reflexive AI, copilots, and LLM-integrated IDEs. - Build & Showcase Demos to create impactful demonstrations, tutorials, and proof-of-concepts using AI-first developer tools and stacks. - Developer Advocacy through engagement with the developer community via meetups, webinars, forums, and social media to promote best practices. - Internal Enablement by working with engineering teams to incorporate AI-assisted development workflows in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Content Creation involving writing blogs, technical documentation, and playbooks to simplify AI-powered engineering workflows. - Feedback Loop to gather developer insights for enhancing product and developer experience. - Prototype AI Dev Tools by collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop internal development accelerators and agent tools. Required Skills and Experience: - 4-8 years of software development experience with proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JS/TS, or Go. - Hands-on experience with AI tooling including LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), LangChain, AutoGPT, or agentic frameworks. - Passion for developer experience, modular software architecture, and automation. - Strong communication and storytelling skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts in engaging narratives. - Prior experience in developer relations, open-source contributions, or community-building is beneficial. Nice to Have: - Experience with VS Code extensions, custom IDE tooling, or AI plugin development. - Exposure to SaaS product development or modular/IKEA-style code frameworks. - Previous involvement with low-code or no-code platforms powered by AI.
