AI Expert SaaS Products

As an AI Expert / AI Architect at Walkout Tech, your role will involve designing, building, and scaling AI-first features, developing automation workflows, and integrating LLMs into multi-tenant SaaS products. You will collaborate directly with the founder and product team to transform ideas into revenue-generating AI capabilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and integrate AI/ML features into existing and new SaaS products. - Develop RAG-based systems, vector databases, and AI-driven dashboards. - Create automations and agents for customer support, CRM, HRM, and operations. - Architect multi-tenant AI pipelines ensuring secure per-tenant data isolation. - Fine-tune open-source models such as Llama and Mistral as required. - Design AI workflows for chatbots, form automation, predictions, and insights. - Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable LLM services (API/microservices). - Optimize performance, cost, and accuracy across AI features. - Research and introduce new AI capabilities into the product ecosystem. **Required Skills:** **Technical:** - Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and RAG. - Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django) & AI frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex. - Experience in building AI-enabled SaaS products. - Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architecture. - Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Familiarity with Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma. - Understanding of fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and token optimization. **Must Have:** - Experience with Node.js/Next.js. - Knowledge of data engineering pipelines. - Experience in building AI agents. - Previous work on subscription/usage-based SaaS models. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a product-first mindset, the ability to convert SaaS modules into AI-first workflows, strong problem-solving and innovation skills, the capacity to lead the AI roadmap for multiple products, clean coding practices, architectural discipline, and the ability to work fast, experiment quickly, and deliver promptly. With a minimum of 3-10 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or SaaS Engineering, you should have built at least one AI-enabled product or demonstrate a strong AI portfolio.
