Role Overview: You will be part of a team focused on designing and implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions tailored for the healthcare domain. Your role will involve working on intelligent automation and advanced decision-support systems to transform clinical operations, utilization management, and care management workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for use cases in clinical, utilization management, and care management. - Build Agentic AI systems capable of executing multi-step autonomous workflows across healthcare operations (e.g., Prior Authorization, Eligibility Checks, etc.). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing healthcare platforms and business processes. - Design and implement APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components to support scalable AI agent architectures. - Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-driven solutions in production environments. - Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH, and uphold data privacy standards. - Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Microsoft Copilot Studio), and healthcare technologies. Qualification Required: - 5-10+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java. - Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and prompt engineering. - Strong practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or Microsoft Copilot Studio. - Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, EDI, ICD, and CPT codes. - Experience integrating with healthcare systems (e.g., Guiding Care or similar platforms). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.
