AI Engineer

Develop, fine-tune AI models for classification, prediction, NLP, and automation use cases Work with LLMs and Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace) to build smart features and chat-based solutions Preprocess, clean, and transform datasets for model training and evaluation Implement model evaluation techniques, track performance, and optimize models for accuracy and efficiency Integrate AI models into production systems via REST APIs or microservices Collaborate with backend, data, and product teams to convert business requirements into AI solutions Conduct research on new AI techniques, tools, and frameworks to improve solution capabilities Prepare documentation, experiment logs, and model reports Assist in deploying models with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker) Required Skills 12 years of experience in IL engineering role Good understanding of Python, LangGraph, LangChain, A2A, MCP Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, or Generative AI APIs Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, and integrating ML models into applications Good understanding of SQL and data modeling Exposure to cloud platforms is a plus (AWS, GCP, Azure) Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and eagerness to learn new AI technologies
