AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at our company, you will play a critical role in developing platforms and solutions that transform how work is done in the Service and Operations Management space. You will collaborate with other members of the R&D organization to deliver AI software, including data engineering, prompt engineering, algorithms, and APIs. Your performance will be measured based on your ability to produce production-ready code, create rapid prototyping opportunities, and maintain high code quality through code reviews. Additionally, you will work closely with DevOps and MLOps teams to ensure a modern, well-architected, and well-instrumented deployment and testing pipeline. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with other members in the Research & Development department to determine functional and non-functional requirements for proposed software adjustments related to artificial intelligence. - Assist product management in developing high-level product specifications related to artificial intelligence, focusing on system integration and feasibility. - Develop software adjustments and extensions that meet agreed-upon specifications, requirements, and coding standards. - Provide technical guidance and coaching on artificial intelligence to other members in the Research & Development department. - Ensure that artificial intelligence software used within our services meets quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility requirements. - Continuously improve artificial intelligence software by actively participating in its development. **Requirements:** - Proven ability to develop AI features via LLM. - Proven experience in developing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing machine learning models. - Proven experience in developing and maintaining corresponding data systems like feature stores and data pipelines for AI and machine learning. - Ability to translate product requirements into technical specifications. - Experience working in a production engineering environment.,
