AI Engineer / Data Scientist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize

  Machine Learning and AI models

  for business applications.
• Perform

  data collection, preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering

  to build high-quality datasets.
• Conduct

  EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis)

  and data visualization to derive meaningful insights.
• Train, validate, and test ML models to ensure accuracy and robustness.
  
• Deploy AI/ML models using frameworks such as

  Flask, Streamlit, or Docker

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into business processes.
  
• Monitor, evaluate, and enhance model performance over time.
  
• Document workflows, pipelines, and code for reproducibility and scalability.
  
• Stay updated with emerging trends in

  AI, ML frameworks, and Data Science tools

  .

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields

  .

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

  in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Proficiency in

  Python

  and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Strong understanding of

  ML algorithms

  : Regression, Classification, Clustering, etc.
• Experience with at least one

  deep learning framework

  (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Solid knowledge of

  statistics, probability, and data visualization techniques

  .
• Experience working with

  SQL and relational databases

  .
• Exposure to

  model deployment frameworks

  (Flask, Streamlit, Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to

  MLOps practices

  and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with

  NLP, Computer Vision, or Time-Series Forecasting

  projects.
• Familiarity with

  big data tools

  (Apache Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience with

  Git/version control

  in collaborative workflows.
