ASEC Engineers – A Verdantas Company is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic Pune office. At ASEC Engineers – A Verdantas Company, your expertise will shape the digital transformation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agents and AI-powered solutions that enhance enterprise workflows and decision-making. This role blends low-code simplicity with pro-code flexibility to deliver scalable, integrated, and business-aligned AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop AI-powered agents using low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform) and pro-code frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel). Build and deploy solutions using OpenAI models via Azure OpenAI Service, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration. Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365, internal APIs, and cloud services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions. Develop reusable components, prompt templates, and orchestration logic for multi-agent systems. Monitor AI solution performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience. Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and enterprise integration technologies. Core Competencies: Technical: Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar Prompt Engineering: Experience designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Codex) Integration: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise system APIs Problem Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders Technical: Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar Prompt Engineering: Experience designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Codex) Integration: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise system APIs Problem Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders Innovation: Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning. Required Qualifications: BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in related domain.
