As a Digital Designer at Uplevyl, you will play a pivotal role in designing high-performance digital experiences at the intersection of creativity and technology. Your expertise with modern AI-enabled design tools like Framer, Figma, and Canva will be crucial in building fast, beautiful, and data-driven digital solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from marketing sites to product UIs, utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Design & Ship Framer Sites:** - Create high-performance, responsive pages with components, CMS collections, variables, and clean IA. - Configure analytics, a/b test variants, and implement page-speed best practices. - **SEO & GEO Foundations:** - Architect content for search engines and LLMs with entity-centric IA and structured data. - Implement OpenGraph/Twitter cards, sitemaps, and FAQ/How-To schemas for enhanced visibility. - **Product UI/UX in Figma:** - Develop end-to-end flows for the Uplevyl app using components, variants, Auto Layout, and prototyping. - Ensure redlines/specs are adhered to for consistency. - **Client Prototypes & Sales Support:** - Create clickable Figma and live Framer proofs for prospective clients. - Quickly brand-match and convert briefs into demos. - **Design System & Documentation:** - Establish tokens, grids, motion guidelines, and accessibility rules. - Maintain a shared library for web and app design. - **Content & Creative Kits:** - Utilize Canva to produce on-brand social, email, and event assets. - Develop reusable templates for non-designers to use confidently. - **Data-Driven Iteration:** - Implement analytics to gather insights and run usability tests. - Translate findings into actionable roadmap and experiments. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Collaborate with product, engineering, and engagement teams. - Write specifications, create walkthroughs, and track work using project management tools. **Qualifications:** - Strong command of Framer, Figma, and Canva with AI-enhanced workflows. - Deep understanding of modern UI/UX principles and responsive design. - Experience in SEO and structured data design. - Ability to translate loose briefs into high-quality designs quickly. - Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent attention to detail, structure, and documentation. **Nice to Have:** - 5+ years of experience building design systems or component libraries. - Knowledge of motion design or interaction design. - Exposure to AI tools for content, code, or design automation.
