Role Overview: WonDRx is seeking a Data Analytics and Research Manager (AI-driven) to spearhead the analytics and insights strategy in alignment with the company's rapid product and business expansion. As the manager, you will oversee data pipelines, implement AI/ML models, conduct healthcare research, and establish a proficient analytics team to drive business success. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the data and analytics roadmap to support organizational objectives. - Create and manage health data pipelines, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Utilize ML/NLP techniques for predicting patient behavior and automating analytics. - Perform market and competitor research to enhance business strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver insights to senior executives (CXOs). - Mentor the data analytics team to ensure accuracy and maximize impact. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. - 6-10 years of experience in analytics, including a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership position. - Solid business acumen, particularly within the healthcare/life sciences sector. - Hands-on experience in AI/ML implementation. - Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
