The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing, training, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models, particularly in Computer Vision and Transformer architectures. You will be responsible for building and deploying state-of-the-art AI models in real-world applications, including on edge devices for real-time inference. PLEASE NOTE: YOU SHOULD BE PASSIONATE ABOUT YOUR WORK. If you arent passionate, this is not the right organization for you KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, train, and optimize deep learning models (DNNs, GANs) for various applications. Work on signal processing techniques for feature extraction and analysis. Deploy ML/DL models on edge devices (e.g., Jetson, Raspberry Pi) for real-time inference. Handle end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing to model deployment. Take ownership of projects and drive innovation within a small, fast-paced team. Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques to improve model performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-world applications. MUST-HAVE SKILLS Programming: Python ( Complete Hands-on Mastery on Python is a must ) Must know: Computer Vision, RCNN , LSTM and Transformer. Basic Understanding: NLP , Sound Data and Feature Extraction. Deep Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch Model Development: DNN,Computer Vision, GANs Machine Learning & Statistics: Basic ML algorithms, probability, optimization Signal Processing: Feature extraction, filtering, time-frequency analysis Edge Device Deployment: Optimizing models for Jetson, Raspberry Pi, or embedded systems Problem-Solving & Maturity: Ability to take responsibility and work independently in a small team QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE: DESIGN AND DEPLOYED at least 3 advanced AI PROJECTS B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecomm. Engineering, specialization in AI/ML 3+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning model development Hands-on experience specifically with edge AI deployment is a plus Kaggle Competition participation is a plus MUST HAVE PERSONAL QUALITIES: Accountable, Reliable, completing work within deadlines The rest follows: Ability to innovate with strong ideation and hands-on skills Able to connect ideas and concepts strategically Extensive A.I.
