Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Intent recognition and entity extraction
NLP libraries spaCy, Rasa NLU, NLTK, Transformers (Hugging Face)
Language model fine-tuning (optional for advanced bots)

Conversational Design

Dialogue flow design
Context management
Multi-turn conversation handling

Backend Development

Programming languages Python, Node.js
Frameworks IBM Watson/ Rasa/Botpress/Microsoft Bot Framework (self-hosted)
API development and integration (RESTful APIs)

Frontend & UI Integration
