AI Data Engineering Lead

As an AI Data Engineering Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the next generation of intelligent automation across our platform. Your responsibilities will include architecting and implementing AI/ML solutions, building scalable data infrastructure, and staying current with AI/ML advances. Below are the details of what you'll be doing: **Role Overview:** You will lead the AI/ML strategy and execution, design end-to-end solutions, build and deploy production ML models, and define technical roadmaps. Additionally, you will build scalable data infrastructure, design robust data pipelines, and innovate by adopting new technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions for invoice processing, claims validation, asset categorization, and fraud detection. - Build, train, validate, and deploy production ML models for OCR, NLP, and anomaly detection at scale. - Design and build robust data pipelines to ingest, normalize, and process diverse data sources. - Stay current with AI/ML advances, experiment with emerging technologies, and contribute to technical discussions. **Qualifications Required:** - 8-12 years of experience in data engineering, ML engineering, or AI/ML solution development. - Experience with experimentation frameworks, deep expertise in Computer Vision/OCR, NLP, or Anomaly Detection. - Strong Python proficiency with ML libraries, experience with MLOps frameworks, and building data pipelines. - Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and strong grounding in data privacy, security, and compliance. - Proven ability to lead complex projects and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
