Key Responsibilities

• Research trends and turn insights into short, high-impact scripts.
• Create and optimize AI-generated content.
• Build and refine workflows for production, editing and publishing.
• Track content performance and continuously improve for reach and quality.
• Document systems and prepare for future team expansion.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in video creation or social media management (1–3 years ideal).
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented and deeply curious.
• Able to work independently with a sense of pace and ownership.
• Passion for innovation and building the future of media with technology.
