AI Architect & Project Manager (React Migration Expertise)

As an AI Architect & Project Manager focusing on React Migration, your primary responsibility will be to lead a small team in AI development, project execution, and front-end migration from React.js to the latest version. Key Responsibilities: - AI Architecture & Development: - Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions tailored to business requirements. - Develop and enhance models for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics. - Ensure AI solutions are efficient, secure, and compatible with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. - Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and incorporate them into ongoing projects. - React.js Migration & Front-End Optimization: - Lead the migration process of React.js applications to the most recent stable version. - Refactor and modernize the front-end codebase to enhance performance and maintainability. - Guarantee seamless integration of AI-driven features with the React front-end. - Address compatibility challenges, deprecated features, and new React standards. - Optimize front-end performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. - Project & Team Management: - Oversee AI and front-end migration projects throughout their lifecycle. - Efficiently manage a small, agile team of 2-3 developers and assign tasks accordingly. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. - Monitor project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. - Maintain technical documentation and adhere to best practices for both AI and front-end migration. - Soft Skills & Leadership: - Proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and devises innovative solutions. - Strong leadership capabilities in motivating and mentoring a small team effectively. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders. - Critical thinker who analyzes and enhances workflows for AI and front-end integration. - Efficient time management and multitasking abilities to balance AI initiatives with front-end upgrades.
